Experienced ERP Project Manager Wanted for International Company in the Railway Industry

We are now looking for an experienced ERP Project Manager for an international company in the railway industry. You will lead a business-critical cloud migration of the ERP system InfoLN and work in a multicultural environment with significant authority and clear impact!

ABOUT THE POSITION

As an IT Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for our client's strategic ERP migration to the cloud. You will drive a complex change initiative and collaborate closely with the IT team. The role requires a structured, driven, and solution-oriented person who can handle tight deadlines and lead projects at all levels. The role involves overall responsibility for migrating the ERP system Infor LN to a cloud-based solution. The assignment is a consulting role that initially spans 1 year, with good opportunities for extension and permanent recruitment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

• Lead and drive the ERP migration to the cloud according to the established timeline
• Develop and follow up on project plans, budgets, and risk management
• Report status and progress to the management team and key stakeholders
• Manage risks to ensure project success
• Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, and parallel system upgrades

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Documented experience in leading ERP migrations to cloud-based environments
• Documented experience with Infor LN in ERP projects
• Solid experience in project management with multiple stakeholders
• Good knowledge of project management, including risk management and budget responsibility
• Experience in reporting project status to management and C-level
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written; Swedish is a plus
• Experience in driving change management processes is a plus
